                                                   THIRD SUNDAY OF LENT

Sharing my take on Psalm 63:1-8 and Luke 13:1-9

God’s steadfast love is as sustaining as the air we breathe.

We sing for joy in the shadow of His wings.

When it comes to sinning none of us are  exempt.

Passing the blame onto someone else only compounds our personal  blame.

Jesus expects his followers to produce, ie the fig tree.

Is my life and yours useless or a blessing?

My most serious sins come from the nudgings of Jesus for  me to perform some simple deed in behalf of others.  The scripture says, “To him/she who knows t do good and does it not, to him it is a sin.
