I hope you missed my blogs on Wednesday.-Sunday. I’ll try to catch you up.
On Wednesday Mary Jayne and Bill Allen, Alice Turner and me left Chattanooga to attend w the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship National Assembly held in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m struggling for words that can somewhat adequately describe my responses to our gathering. Here are a few—–
acceptance, unconditional love, mind stretching, unity, togetherness, joy, laughter, thankfulness.
As the week moves on I’ll elaborate more specifically on what touched my heart the most.
“We are Woven Together”—Threads of Hope and Fellowship. Our stories as Cooperative Baptists are woven together with each other and with God’s mission.
Bless be the tie that binds our hearts in one accord,
The fellowship of kindred minds is like to that above.
