MOVING DAY
Finally! Over three months ago we had a gala opening of our new health care facility. Over a thousand people came to share in the opening event. No sooner than the hoopla was over we were told a glitch or two needed to be fixed before the residents could actually move in.
Now the glitches have been fixed and today hospital beds are rolling into the state-of-art facility adjoining the older facility.
My friend Margie McGill, wife of deceased Rev. Wallace McGill, seems fairly well adjusted to the new move. I hope its many new features will win Margie and other transferred residents over real soon. Perhaps the new kitchen/dining area will do the trick.
