So far I’ve succeeded in taking Ms. Cleo outside twice, went down the mountain to Walmart, finished putting our group puzzle together in our rec room, Club 51, washed my hair and best of all spent about 20-30 minutes talking with Alan over the phone.
WRITING FOR CHILDREN
Don’t forget to find something funny to share as you write for children. Remember the age group you’re writing for. A twelve year old versus a 6 year old has different ideas about what’s funny.
Also your humor must fit in with what your main character wants most and the obstacles that are blocking his achievement.
