The best exercise for me has been and continues to water exercises.  In the water I can do exercisers that would cause me pain if I did them elsewhere.

Wednesdays offers me my next best exercise and that happens to be bowling.  Regardless of the final score its always a fun experience.  Of course its super fun when I do well!

I’m gradually edging my way back into my creative writing efforts and hope to be going full swing in the very near future.


Had my second meeting with Guardian Care caseworker, Renita.  I now think I have  a better handle on reading nutritional labels.  I’m to major on eating vegetables and meats, especially fish and chicken.  What I’m tho watch out fort are carbohydrates, sugar, and fats!
