Just what one expects in July!  The Therm–will hit the nineties this coming week.

Ten from FBC will be going to South Africa for two weeks  to help in baby clinical work.  They’ll leave around 4:00 tomorrow (Monday).  The team is solid and I’m confident they’ll do much good.

My son Alan will be coming into Chattanooga on Thursday and will leave out on Monday a.m.  We have a full schedule of activities planned.  Happy days are here again!!

My blood sugar level was down to 133 this morning and I pray it will be somewhere in that neighborhood tomorrow.  Ideally it should get to 125.
