ANOTHER GOOD BYE

Last night a friend of mine who gives of her time to work with homeless animals called and told me she’d be available this morning to take my many bags of clothes, food, bedding, etc of my deceased dog, Cleo, to share with other needy dogs.

I handled it well until my friend  drove off.  An empty hollow, helpless  feeling came charging over me.  I had myself a little cry.  All I have left is an urn with ashes and her paw prints.  She does adorn my computer sign in page sand most of all remains in my heart of hearts now and forever.

WHEN TOO MUCH IS TOO MUCH

I don’t like going to water aerobics and then going an hour later to physical therapy.  Frankly that’s more exercise than I care to get.  Tomorrow is an evaluation session.  I know I’ve made great gains.  The biggest question is whether I’ll be faithful to maintain those gains.
