GREAT BLOOD SUGAR READING
This morning my blood sugar was 121. I’ll be so happy when I can maintain that type of reading consistently!
I’m pushing myself to discover the sensory aspects of General Oglethorpe’s failed attempt to take Castillo de san Marcos and the the the city of Saint Augustine including the sparse living quarters, extreme heat, marshlands laden with mosquitoes, disgruntled soldiers, acts of bravery, a violent tornado, the loving care of General Oglethorpe by N.W. Jones, and the ultimate retreat to Frederica by O. who after a 38 day failed siege was only a shadow of his former self.
P.T. CLASSES ARE OVER
My formal classes are over and now it becomes my responsibility to continue the exercises they have shared with me.
