PERFECT YOUR POSTURE
Commit to citrus:  Drink a cu of warm water with lemon juice in the morning.  It reduces inflammation, aids digestion, and boost energy
Be one with Nature:  Being outside can ease depression, improve focus, increase productivity and strengthen your immune system
Take the Stairs:   Take the stairs instead of the elevator.  Instead of circling to find the closest parking spot go for one far from the store

Perfect Your Posture:  Sit up straighter and stand a little taller.  Bad posture impacts chronic musle pain, reduced circulation, headaches, and moods.  Good posture has a proven positive impact on your physical and mental health.

PRAYER THOUGHT
Today as part of our FBC worship service we had the opportunity to add our blessings to our new deacons.  Deacons or stewards have a great responsibility.
Thank you, Father for deacons who follow in the steps of Jesus as models who come to serve and not to be served.  Grant that we who sit in the pew will follow in doing likewise.

Today I’m thanking your for Doug, Anna, and Jeanne.  They have been walking with Jesus for many years.  We need them and they need us.
