THE EVE BEFORE LAUNCH OFF
I’m leaving tomorrow to go to Jacksonville, Florida to be with my sister, my nephew and his family for Thanksgiving. Tonight I’m running through my check lists to make sure I don’t leave anything at home that I’ll need there.
Regardless of how much time I have to prepare I always stage a last minute antic attack. Guess that’s just the way I’m glued together which isn’t a very complimentary trait to divulge.
Medicines are ready, clothes packed, iPad, hone, books and research data is ready. I have my on board tickets, and transportation planned to and from the airport. So I should go to bed and have a good night’s rest. DON’T COUNT ON! Rarely ever do I sleep the night before I leave the following day. Usually I’m checking the clock about every thirty minutes.
Stupid? you say. I agree. Will I change. It’s doubtful.
At any rate you won’t hear from me again until late Friday.
Happy Gobbler Day!
