We lingered over coffee and it was after 3:00 when we left the cafe.  Coming in the place was humming with customers.  The place was empty when we left excerpt fore the management team. A part of Lent is taking time to renew our friendships and deepening relationships with people we care for.

Another good friend has had a horrendous fight with cancer.  She finally got in good enough shape to have surgery and the doctor thinks he got all of the cancerous growth.  Thanks be to God for his unspeakable mercy and love toward Carol Martin.  If I could be only 1/2 the Christian Carol is then my Lord would say, “Good for you, you’re showing great improvement”

I thought last night I had supplied the last pieces of information needed to publish Where there Rabbits Dance.  Then I had to go and mention about pictures.  So I’ve spent a big chunk of time locating digital pictures of New Echota, labeling them, and sending them to Lex Horton of Nurturing Faith.  

PRAYER THOUGHT

Lord, you’re demanding I be patient and loving.  Please help me and please help our national politicians  to focus on plans rather than throwing verbal bricks at each other.
